1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mutabaah Go, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. User Accounts & Registration

To use certain features, you may be required to create an account.

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Be responsible for all activity under your account.

Prohibited Activities:

• Sharing accounts with others.
• Creating multiple accounts without permission.
• Using fake identities or misleading information.

Account Suspension & Termination:

Access to the Service may be suspended or terminated if you:

• Violate these Terms.
• Engage in fraudulent or harmful activity.
• Attempt to exploit the Service for unauthorized purposes.

If your account is terminated, you may lose access to all data associated with it.

3. Description of the Service

Mutabaah Go is a mobile application designed for habit tracking, productivity, and self-improvement, with additional features to support daily Islamic worship. The Service includes the following features:

• Task and goal management tools.
• Habit and worship tracking features.
• Reminders and notifications.
• Quran reader with last-read position, bookmark-like resume, and display preferences (translation language, display mode, font size).
• Near Mosque finder that shows publicly available mosque data from OpenStreetMap around your current location.
• Qibla direction finder using your device's location and compass sensors.
• Optional messaging bot integration (Telegram, WhatsApp) for prayer reminders.
• Gamification features (premium): experience points (EXP) and spendable points awarded for recorded worship, levels, streaks, badges, missions that a parent can assign to a child or to themselves, and seasonal results.
• A family leaderboard showing EXP rankings within your own family group.
• A reward catalog in which a parent defines rewards that a child may redeem using points earned in the app.

Mutabaah Go is provided "AS IS" without warranties or guarantees regarding availability, reliability, or performance.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

When using Mutabaah Go, you agree not to:

• Engage in illegal activities (fraud, hacking, etc.).
• Violate intellectual property rights (including our trademarks and copyrighted content).
• Interfere with Service operation (spamming, hacking, or exploiting vulnerabilities).
• Harass or harm other users.
• Use bots or automated systems to access the Service.

Violating this policy may result in account suspension or legal action.

5. Privacy & Data Collection

Your use of the Mutabaah Go application is also subject to our separate Privacy Policy, which outlines how your data is collected, used, and safeguarded.

Key Points:

• We collect, store, and use personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
• We apply reasonable security measures to protect your personal data.
• You may request data deletion or account removal at any time from within the app.

By continuing to use the Service, you acknowledge and accept our Privacy Policy.

6. Subscription & Payments

Some features of Mutabaah Go may require an active subscription or one-time in-app purchase.

Subscriptions and Billing:

• All payments are securely processed via Google Play Store billing.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refund requests are subject to Google Play’s refund policies and are not managed directly by Mutabaah Go.

You may manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time through your Google Play account settings.

7. Third-Party Messaging Platforms

Mutabaah Go offers optional integration with third-party messaging platforms such as Telegram and WhatsApp to deliver prayer reminders and notifications directly to your preferred messaging app.

By connecting your messaging account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate credentials: You must provide a valid Telegram username or WhatsApp phone number.
• Comply with platform policies: Your use of messaging bot features must comply with Telegram's and WhatsApp's respective Terms of Service and policies.
• Accept platform limitations: Message delivery is subject to the availability and policies of the third-party messaging platforms. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by these platforms.

Important Notes:

• Optional Feature: Messaging bot integration is entirely optional. You can use Mutabaah Go without connecting any messaging accounts.
• Disconnect Anytime: You may disconnect your messaging account at any time through the app settings.
• Third-Party Responsibility: Telegram and WhatsApp are independent platforms. We are not responsible for their service availability, privacy practices, or policy changes.
• Data Sharing: When you connect a messaging account, your credentials (username or phone number) are shared with the respective platform's API solely for the purpose of sending reminders.

We do not store your Telegram or WhatsApp passwords or access tokens. Only the necessary identifiers (username or phone number) are retained to facilitate the messaging service.

8. Quran, Mosque Finder & Qibla Features

Mutabaah Go includes religious utility features intended to assist your daily worship. By using these features, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Quran Reader:

• The Quran text and translations are provided for personal, non-commercial reading purposes. While we strive to present the content accurately, we make no warranty as to textual perfection and recommend consulting an authoritative printed Mushaf for matters requiring exactness.
• Your last-read position and Quran display preferences are saved to your account so you can resume reading across devices. You may clear this data by deleting your account.
• You may not copy, redistribute, or reuse the Quran translation content outside the app in a way that violates the license of the underlying translation source.

Near Mosque (Mosque Finder):

• Mosque data is sourced from OpenStreetMap via the Overpass API and Nominatim reverse geocoding, and is licensed under the Open Database License (ODbL). Mutabaah Go is not the source of this data and does not control its completeness or accuracy.
• Mosque names, addresses, distances, and locations shown in the app are informational only. You are responsible for verifying any location before travel.
• The feature requires access to your device location while the screen is in use. You may deny or revoke this permission at any time through your device settings, in which case the feature will not function.

Qibla Direction:

• The Qibla direction is calculated from your device's reported location and compass (magnetometer) readings. Accuracy depends on the quality and calibration of your device's sensors and on the absence of nearby magnetic interference.
• The displayed direction is provided as a guide only. For important acts of worship, please confirm the direction using an additional reliable source (e.g. a physical compass, a known local landmark, or a trusted Qibla service).
• We are not liable for any inaccuracy resulting from device sensor limitations, incorrect calibration, or environmental factors.

These features are provided "AS IS" and are intended to assist, not replace, the judgment of the user.

9. Referral Program & Affiliate System

Mutabaah Go may offer a referral program that allows users to earn commissions or rewards by referring new users to the Service.

Referral Program Terms:

• Eligibility: Only registered users in good standing may participate in the referral program.
• Referral Codes: Each participant will receive a unique referral code to share with potential new users.
• Commission Structure: Commission rates and payment terms will be clearly communicated within the app and may be subject to change.
• Valid Referrals: Only legitimate referrals from real users who complete the required actions (such as registration or subscription) will be eligible for rewards.
• Prohibited Activities: Users may not engage in fraudulent activities, spam, or any deceptive practices to generate referrals.
• Payment Processing: Commission payments will be processed according to the terms specified in the app, subject to minimum thresholds and verification requirements.

Program Modifications:

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time with reasonable notice.
• Violations of these terms may result in forfeiture of earned commissions and removal from the program.

Participation in the referral program constitutes acceptance of these additional terms.

10. Gamification, EXP and Virtual Points

Mutabaah Go includes gamification features that award experience points (EXP) and spendable points for worship you or your child record in the app, and that track levels, streaks, badges, missions, and seasonal results.

No Monetary Value:

• EXP, points, levels, streaks, and badges are virtual items with no monetary value. They are not currency, not property, and not a credit balance.
• They cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, sold, transferred between accounts, or withdrawn, and they are unrelated to the referral commissions described in Section 9.
• They confer no ownership right and grant no entitlement against us.

How EXP and Points Are Calculated:

• All awards are calculated on our server from the worship data recorded in the app. The figures shown in the app are the result of that calculation, not an independent record.
• Whenever a worship record for a day changes — for example a prayer status is corrected, a sunnah entry is unmarked, or a mission is edited or deleted — the calculation for that day is re-run. This means an EXP or point total can decrease as a result of a correction. This is intended behaviour, not an error.
• Point values, level thresholds, mission reward limits, badge criteria, and streak rules are configuration that we may adjust in order to keep the feature balanced. Adjustments may change how future activity is rewarded.
• Gamification seasons may end and reset periodically. Results from a completed season are archived so you can still view them, but a new season may begin from a reset starting point.
• We may correct, recalculate, or reverse balances that resulted from a defect, a duplicate award, or abuse.

Premium Requirement:

• Gamification features require an active subscription. Without one, new EXP and points are not accumulated.
• If a subscription lapses, previously earned totals, levels, and badges are preserved, but no new awards accrue for the period without an active subscription, and days without qualifying activity will naturally break a streak.
• Certain aids, such as streak protection, are limited in quantity and available only while a subscription is active.

Fair Use:

The purpose of these features is to encourage consistency in worship. You agree not to record worship that did not take place in order to accumulate EXP or points, not to automate or script the app, and not to exploit defects in the award calculation. Doing so may result in forfeiture of EXP, points, badges, and rewards, and suspension of the account under Section 2.

Religious Content:

Where the app displays Quranic verses, hadith, or explanatory notes alongside a reward value, that material is presented for motivation and general information only. Reward values are a product design choice; they are not a religious ruling, not a measure of the actual merit of an act of worship, and not a substitute for guidance from a qualified scholar.

11. Rewards, Redemption and the Family Leaderboard

Rewards Are Between Family Members:

• A parent account may define reward items — a name, a description, and a cost in points — which a child profile may redeem using points earned in the app.
• When a reward is redeemed, the points are deducted and the parent may mark it as given or rejected. If it is rejected, the points are returned.
• We are not a party to any reward and provide nothing of value. Rewards are defined, agreed, and handed over between the parent and the child entirely outside the app. We do not supply, fund, deliver, guarantee, insure, or mediate them, and we accept no responsibility if a reward is not given.
• Reward records in the app are a bookkeeping aid for the family. They are not a contract, a voucher, or a promise enforceable against us.
• Parents must not define rewards that are unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate for a child.

Family Leaderboard:

• The leaderboard ranks members of your own family group — the parent account and its child profiles — by EXP for the current season. It is not public and not global; members of other families cannot see it.
• A child profile's display name, EXP, and level are therefore visible to the parent account and to the other child profiles in the same family group. The parent account holder accepts this by using the feature, and may remove a child profile at any time.
• The leaderboard is intended to encourage, not to shame. The adult account holder is responsible for how it is used within their family.

12. Intellectual Property

Ownership of Content:

• Mutabaah Go and all related original content (including logo, software code, branding, and text) are owned by the developer unless otherwise stated.
• Users may not copy, modify, or redistribute app content without prior written permission.
• Certain animation assets used within the app interface are sourced from LottieFiles and are licensed under the Lottie Simple License. Such assets remain the intellectual property of their respective creators and are used in accordance with their permitted terms.

User-Generated Content:

• By submitting or posting any content within Mutabaah Go, you grant limited rights to use, display, or adapt that content for service-related features.
• You must own or have rights to any content you submit, and you agree not to infringe on the rights of others.

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe that your copyrighted material has been used in a way that constitutes infringement, please contact us for resolution.

13. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties.

We do not guarantee:

• The Service will always be available or error-free.
• That Mutabaah Go will meet your specific expectations or needs.
• That any data loss can be restored once deleted.

We are not responsible for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.
• Data loss or security issues outside of our reasonable control.

Your use of Mutabaah Go is entirely at your own risk.

14. Changes to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time to reflect legal, technical, or business changes. If significant updates are made, we will:

• Notify you via email or through an in-app notification.
• Revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the new Terms, you should stop using the Service immediately.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution:

• Any disputes must first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiations between the parties.
• If the issue remains unresolved, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Indonesian courts.

By using Mutabaah Go, you agree to this dispute resolution process.

16. Termination of Service

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service if:

• You violate any of the Terms outlined in this agreement.
• We decide to discontinue, modify, or limit the Service at our discretion.

Upon termination:

• You will lose access to the features and content of the Service.
• Any personal or usage data may be permanently deleted from our systems.

You can delete your account at any time directly within the app by navigating to:
Profile → Delete Account → Confirm.
Once confirmed, all data associated with your account will be permanently erased and cannot be recovered.
